Description
COMMANDOS Power Station
51.8V / 5,500W / 5.55kWh + MPPT V.2
Welcome to the page dedicated to the Commandos 51.8V/5,500W/5.55kWh + MPPT V.2 portable power station!
The updated model can be used both as a portable and as a stationary unit. It already comes equipped with the necessary circuit breakers and load switches and includes cables and connectors for connecting to the distribution panel of an apartment, private house or office.
The “Commandos 51.8V/5,500W/5.55kWh + MPPT V.2” model features a powerful 51.8V battery with a capacity of 5.55 kWh and a 5,500W inverter with a built-in charger. This combination provides reliable autonomous 220V power wherever it is needed. This is especially important in combat zones! Our portable power stations are already helping our defenders in the combat zone when using the Starlink system, keeping satellite internet running autonomously for 45-55 hours. They also allow soldiers to charge all the necessary gadgets right on the battlefield, including radios, thermal imagers, drone batteries, sights, tablets, phones and many other devices. The station’s battery can also be charged from solar panels, which can be purchased separately. Any generator is also suitable for charging the station.
“Commandos” power stations are an ideal choice for military personnel who need a reliable, autonomous and high-quality power source in extreme conditions. Our products are designed with professional military standards in mind to give you reliability and high performance even in the most difficult situations.
The station’s battery is monitored by an active BMS with Bluetooth. Your phone shows the voltage of each cell group, the current, the temperature and the charge level in real time, without opening the case. Active balancing with a current of 1–2 A keeps the cells evenly matched, so the battery does not lose capacity due to self-discharge of individual groups and degrades more slowly. The protection system cuts off the load in case of overload or overheating, reducing the risk of fire, and the optimal charging mode extends battery life.
Charge phones, tablets and radios through the built-in USB and Type-C outputs without turning on the inverter. The inverter draws up to 40 W even when idle. When you charge a 20 W phone through it, most of the energy goes to running the inverter itself rather than to the phone, and only about a third is used productively. Through the USB outputs, current flows directly from the battery, and the station’s charge lasts many times longer.
The station is built on lithium-ion cells with a high energy density of 288 Wh per kilogram. That is significantly more than lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries: a system of the same capacity on phosphate cells would weigh noticeably more. A station of this weight is not carried by hand. However, two people can load it into a vehicle and move it from the car to the work site, whereas a phosphate equivalent of the same capacity would already be a stationary installation. It is a solution for command and staff vehicles, command and observation posts and permanent deployment points, where a large energy reserve and high power for connected equipment are required.
The station supports 3 to 6 kW of solar panels, which is already the basis of your own solar power plant for a small house or country home. In spring and summer, such a setup covers most of the daily consumption: the station stores energy during the day and delivers it in the evening. For a small property, this means practically full autonomy.
The station charges quickly, which is crucial during scheduled power outages. Even if electricity is available for only two hours a day, that is enough for the station to charge and power the home until the next window. In summer, together with solar panels, the reserve is replenished during the day, and outages are no longer noticeable at all.
Unlike conventional portable stations, this one has a built-in circuit breaker block for direct connection to the electrical panel. A special cable that combines the 220 V input and output connects the station directly to the home’s panel, giving the household uninterrupted power. When the power goes out, appliances keep running without even “noticing” the interruption, and as soon as electricity returns, the inverter quickly recharges the battery.
We are confident that the “Commandos 51.8V/5,500W/5.55kWh + MPPT” portable power station will become a reliable partner in your outdoor and military activities. Contact us, and we will help you choose the optimal solution for powering your essential devices.
