All power banks, autonomous power systems and accessories sold through our online store can be returned within 14 days if the product does not suit you.
Pursuant to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, a product of proper quality (without defects) may be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- All documents for the product are available (manuals, warranty card, receipt or sales slip confirming the purchase);
- the product’s sales appearance is preserved, i.e. all labels, packaging, stickers and other accessories of the product remain unchanged, there are no scuffs or scratches;
- the product has not been used (it is impossible to return a product that has already been in use).
If a malfunction occurs through the manufacturer’s fault during the warranty period (6 months), our service center will repair the device or exchange it for a new one. We can also provide qualified advice on the correct use of power banks.
Repair of defects after the product arrives for warranty service may take up to 14 days. The warranty is extended by the number of days the product spends being restored.
LOSS OF WARRANTY
- The integrity of the warranty seals has been broken;
- There is mechanical or other damage caused by intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
- Unauthorized opening or repair was carried out, or the internal wiring and components of the product were changed, or the design or circuit of the product was altered;
- Natural wear or exhaustion of the service life;
- Accidental damage caused by the customer or damage resulting from careless handling or use (exposure to liquid, dust, foreign objects getting inside the case, etc.);
- Damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- A mismatch between the product’s supply voltage and the voltage applied to it, or use of the product for purposes other than intended;
- Use of low-quality cables, adapters, etc.;
- Changes to the design of the item (product) not provided for by the manufacturer, or repair by persons other than specialists of our service center;
- Operation or storage in an environment that violates the requirements: temperature from -40 ° C to 50 ° C, humidity from 10% to 80% (condensation is not allowed), heavily dusty premises;
- Modification of the device;
- Direct or indirect action of mechanical forces, chemical, thermal or physical action, exposure to radiation, aggressive or neutral liquids, gases, electrical discharges or other environments, toxic or biological environments, as well as any other factors of artificial or natural origin, except for cases where such action is expressly permitted by the Operating Manual.
